1) I appreciated the extra power when I lived in Denver (intake/exhaust/pulley)
2) you should talk to Randy at Webb Motorsports. He's in Littleton. (720) 841-1002
Randy is pretty much the authority on MINI modifications and he also does first rate installations.

I would be happy to work with you, or just bounce around ideas. We have been very succesful at both sea level and 6000' (over 200hp at the wheels).
