R50/53 Kudos to Classic Mini
Due to my relocation to North Carolina, our nearest dealership is more than 170 miles away, so my wife and I took the opportunity to drive over to Classic Mini in Mentor, Ohio for our 10000 service while home visiting the parents.
In and out in 35 minutes, we barely had enough time to have breakfast and they fixed up our headlight alignment so I can see farther than 30 feet to boot. Kristin in the service dept was excellent.
Apparently parts at good prices isn't the only good thing they do at Classic.

I'd also like to add that Brian in parts is awesome. He got me my aux adapter when everyone else seemed to be on backorder, and it was cheaper to boot. And i got it just in time for christmas! Woohoo!
Classic MINI is THE only dealer to buy from. I have bought about 15 new cars over several(37) years and have NEVER been treated as good. Parts has never given me any problem checking anything i ask about( no matter how stupid) and the buying experiance was THE BEST ever!!

Classic Mini has tops prices and knowledgable people. However, a bone to pick. I ordered the mini-fini armrest, 2004 alarm kit (backordered- read on), and a few other little accessories.
Anyways, great info from the folks there. However, I have been given no ETA on when my backordered alarm will be ready/shipped. My Visa hasn't been charged (cool), but I'm a bit peeved that my calls/E-Mails haven't been answered since last
