100K maintanance recommendations anyone?

Ok,

I want to get things reliable and then just burn gas until I break something, so here is what I have planned.

New belt, tensioner, and damper up front.

New cam sensor o-ring while I am there.

Service supercharger by removing, opening and inspecting. If all is well, refill with oil and cross finger.

New radiator hoses. (and fluid obv)

Replace brake fluid (All new pads rotors are installed)

While replacing emergency cables (one side is broken) I am going to replace dust boots for rear calipers (Noticed while doing brakes)

Power steering pump fan has been replaced.

OK, here are questions I have...

Should I do a timing chain tensioner? (or more in there?)
Should I do a waterpump?
What else am I missing that should be on the list?

Edit:
I am adding a PCV valve to the list...

Thanks all.

Car has been well maintained, but new to me. I am trying to get the BS out of the way so I can move on to optional upgrades.

Car has a Webb head, 15% pulley, Meth injection, 380cc injectors, Full 2 1/2 Alta Exhaust and a GIAC tune.

Once I get it right, I will tune it properly but I want to do my best to make it reliable at this point. What am I missing?

Did you check you upper shock mounts and lower control arm bushings? And it may be time to change the fuel filter too.

Should you do all of these at once? I mean, if its not broke why fix it? ie: H2O pump, PCV valve, radiator hose, tensioner and damper, etc.... Couldn't you just inspect them? If they are fine, then leave them. When you do the Scharger and the rest could you take pics of the process? Not sure if you know this thread or not but here is a good DIY link: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ms/how-to-340/

Looks like your doing more than you actually need, but hey that won't hurt, just cost more. I can get you all those parts at a good price if you want.

I would personally pass on the water pump and that unless it's broke.

And yes check those control arm bushings, if they are bad get the powerflex that would be more important than something that isn't broke yet.

Thanks for the input guys. For me it is much easier to do this surgery once. The control arm bushings were done just before I bought the car. Sorry I didn't mention that in the first post. The waterpump is purchased, but can be returned if not used. Surgery may take place at anytime of the day except normal business hours.

Really the cost of these parts isn't much compared to labor (mine) and since I just bought the car and almost all mentioned parts are original and have 100K on them, I don't feel it is too wasteful. For me the worst thing would be to get down to the waterpump and see I need one, or to be driving somewhere in NYC and have car trouble that I can avoid for a few bucks.

I can return the waterpump without penalty, but to have one during surgery increases the chance I won't need one. Supercharger is original and oil and two gaskets is less than $35.

As far as inspecting things, my experience has radiator hoses failing without visual clues. Granted, this is from cars experience that is 30 years old, but they used to collapse internally and block water. Probably this was fixed 25 years ago, but noone told me. The damper was replaced on this car before and the previous owner has said it seemed to be going again. Tensioner is original, cam sensor o-ring is leaking, also, in my mind, I am just adding the cost of these parts to the purchase price of the car in my head so it doesn't hurt at all since I was planning on this when I bought the car. The only thing I know for sure that isn't orignal (or just time to do it) is the aux belt, but with a couple new pulleys on it, I think a new belt is in order.

Thanks again everyone.

BTW, control arms were done just before I got the car. Way, you supplied many of these parts, I am Chris from CT. I added sway bar end links too since I have a new bar for the rear going on and want to do the front bushings on the sway bar since they groan when cold (and need it) The shocks are not leaking and I will look at the upper mounts, but for me, if they need to be replaced, I will probably save up and do new shocks at the same time. Did I mention I hate working on cars, but am way to cheap to pay someone for something I can do.

Labor is free (since I am doing it), but it is my time, so I would prefer to spend more money and not have to dive in there again. They few bucks is way less important to me than my free time is. After this, I only want to spend money on gas and oil.

I would add to it a tensioner stop (e.g from alta) and if you're up for it, service the seals on the supercharger.
