This is the first time, I am writing and I am from Turkey - Istanbul
I just get my 04 mcs. It has alarm on it but how can I understand that is it activated or not activated.
The light is flashes slowly and continously. Does it mean it is working or should I do something to activate it.

Yes, if the light at the end of the wiper stalk is flashing and the exterior turn signal lights flashed when you locked the car, the alarm is activated. One way to set the siren off is to continuously tap on the body of the car.
The easiest way to set the siren off though is this:
Roll down the windows, set the alarm by locking the door either by way of the key or the remote, wait about 30 seconds, then reach into the car through the window. Warning, the siren is an EARFUL.
