Anyone get a 2004 CVT yet? If so I am wondering how it is? Any rattles? Does it buck or lurch when accelerating of breaking? Any yo-yo when you are in stop and go traffic? Any stalling? Thanks in advance.

I have one, just over 1000 miles on it now, I feel a sort of jerkiness between 1500-2000 RPM (great in a parking lot...NOT), and it likes to stall upon cold start-ups...taking it down to Chicago for service this weekend.

My '02 CVT with 18,000+ miles is still going strong and no issues to report.

I have a 2004 MC CVT, but it's less than a week old. I have not had any problems so far, but will report back when i have driven it more.

Why the query? Is there a concern I need to know about?

I have had mine for 1 month and haven't had any problems. The car does jerk a bit when pulling out of a parking space, but nothing serious enough to get me aggrivated. I love my 04 CVT.

I have about 2500 miles on mine. It suffers from the Yo-Yo at around 9 MPH. Yet to have any stalling issues. The glove box door and the rear hatch rattle. otherwise this is a perfect MINI!!!!!
