My First Missing Part

When I left work yesterday to drive home I noticed that the front bonnet MINI badge, (the circular emblem in the center of the wings), was missing. It seems to have either fallen out or been popped out by someone looking for a souvenir. I suppose I'll have to order another one from my MINI dealer? I know it is a small detail, but it sure bummed me out.

They are notorious for falling off after time. Buying one from the dealer is your best bet. Sometimes you can find some on eBay. Just know that you'll have to buy the whole badge.

Mine fell off about a month ago. I was sweeping the snow off the bonnet & I look down at my feet & there is a little black circle with MINI right there.

I was lucky I found it. A dab of superglue later & he's back to normal...well as normal as Butters can be

You could always go with Aesthetic Creations. They sell the sticker sheets.

lowmini,

Awesome! I've sent you an email with my address. What a generous gesture on your part. Another reason why NAM & MINI-people are tops! If you are ever in Madison, WI, look me up & I'll show you the town!

Your R53 bonnet badges are different sizes then his R50 bonnet badges.

Hmmm, what I'm missing is the black center circle piece with the MINI word logo in white, as I still have the surrounding wings on the bonnet.

The whole emblem is scaled down for the MCS, center circle and wings.

I took my Mini in to International Autos in Waukesha, WI yesterday for a scheduled oil service & inspection. The great service techs there gave me a new front bonnet badge for free; IA & Tim Timmerman rock!
