wow how weird..i have approx 500 miles till my warranty expires as well!
mine is at the dealer already..stuck with a loaner probably till next week especially cause of the crazy snow we're supposed to be getting.
i just told my dealer all problems, big or small, and what possible things they could check to see if it's because of that part or this part..blah blah
hopefully they fix everything, but with my luck they probably won't.
but honestly i don't think there's much to check, warranty-wise..
besides the typical things people post about failing and wat not.
I say, if anything bothers you even the tiniest bit, let them know! it might fix something else that you had no clue was wrong

Mine is up pretty soon too.
Isn't there a TSB for replacing the manual tranny fluid? Might want to do a search.
Ask them to check for sooty residue around the Supercharger's PTO (Waterpump end). If there is residue, oil might be leaking from the PTO gears, which means the S/C is on its way out or the seal between the S/C intake flange and the plastic air hose is leaky.
Here's is what it looks like...

Probably want to tell them you have a 'problem with...' so they can document and check. Just say you hear sounds or have a problem. If you say you want them to check something they are likely to look, but not really check.
- Power steering pump
- oil pan gasket
- engine mount
- super charger
- control arm bushings
- A/C (hard to have problem in winter but get it charged if you can)
- Get brakes fluid flushed
- Coolant drain and fill (if it is looking brown or discolored)
- Brakes (are they anywhere near the end of the pads)
- Wiper blades
