That blinking number

I have a 2003 Zabimaru (his name) Mini, and when I start him up, a little number blinks telling me -2650 miles ago, I should've had my car serviced. Well I just had my oil changed (and my car mostly serviced), and I wanted to know how to reset that little number myself. I swear I will never go to a place to get my oil changed again, as I'm out 75.00 now.

It's annoying me, but a good reminder of when I do need to change the oil and check the filters, etc... Any advice you have would be helpful, thanks in advance!

e and Zabimaru

the timing of the various press-release seqence' can be a bit persnickity on this....don't be surprised if you end up doing it 4 or 5 times b4 it 'takes'

Why do you consider yourself "out" $75? They did change the oil, right?

Do you plan to do it yourself from here on? Cause it's true, it's about $35 if you DIY, but $40 labor in today's market is not bad.....
