Wash you windshield with the lights on.....I don't think they will come on every time.....I'm sure someone will correct me. And remember...you have 2 Window washer tanks if you still have a rear wiper (no delete kit)...one on each side under the Bonnet.
I believe its every 3 times you clean your windows while having the lights on, unless you turn the lights off and back on it will spray again the first time
