Rear Right Tire Squeaky???

While Driving My MINI S I have Noticed a squeak that sounds like it gets louder at certain points of the tire's rotation. However when I apply the brakes the squeak stops. I've taken the wheel off and taken a look at the brake and cleaned it out and notice the caliper slide was not lubed at all so I lubed it and put it all back together. It helped a lot however it still occurs intermittently, and not as loud. It's still frustrating to hear this squeak and was wondering if anyone has had the same problem, or any advice on this problem.

Thank you

I have the exact same problem on the left wheel, had Mini Look at it last week, they said all is fine, which of course I know it is not. I think it is the bearnings on the wheel and will be replacing them this weekend

It could be the pads shifting in the caliper. There is a blue coating that is used on the back of the pad to stop the noise. I have had some success beveling the leading edge of the pad, also. They may already come that way though.
I have never heard a wheel bearing "squeak" but they will cause a rumble sound and sensation. Not to say it wouldn't happen but I've had a few bad wheel bearings in various vehicles and it was always the same sort of rumble/growling sound. By the time it squeaks its probably ready to fall off.
