6 speed install?

3 weeks ago, I got a 5 speed '06 Cooper (r50). I'd really like to get an OEM 6 speed in there. Is this going to be a big pain? I'm no gear head but everyone has to start somewhere. Any help will be appreciated, even direction towards a how-to thread.

Thanks for the help. I saw this earlier but didn't realize that I could scroll down to more pages.

It's pretty straight forward in replacing the trans. You'll need a new clutch flywheel kit, new axles, shifter cables, trans mount and have to put a cold air intake on your car to have extra room for the trans.
Also you'll need to change to the S clutch line. Since you have an 05 the gear ratios are shorter so you need to remember that changing to an S trans may slow your car down.
