pyrotechnic seat belt?

Is it possible to tell by visual inspection if the pyrotechnic tensioners have fired on the seat belts? Is it obvious?
Thank you.

I think that it would be all scrunched down with the 'accordion hose' all collapsed.

Nabeshin is right. An "unfired" seat belt receiver is straight; a "fired" one is scrunched and the accordion rubber boot is wavy.
