How about that, got a MINI-FINI cupholder already installed when I picked up my car and they sent me a neat stainless cup to fit the original cupholder. Cupholder issue resolved as far as I'm concerned. Now, about the soft glass in the windscreen............ :smile:

 

Exact same situation for me. had my cupholder when i picked it up 9/17 and i just today got the mug

 

Iwannamini, when did you buy yours? I took delivery on mine on Sept. 5th, got the call from BMW to rate the experience, they confirmed my address, and I've been hoping for a cup in the mail. None, nada, not a one. I'm wondering if there is still hope.

I got my MINI on 9/22/03. Got a call from MINI about a week ago asking me how I liked the car, any complaints, etc. The cup showed up about a week later. This was a different call than the one that asked about the buying experience.

If you don't get a follow-up call soon maybe you should just call 1-888-ASK-MINI and inquire about the cup. :smile:
