This is a long winded help me if you can request. I have an '03 MCS. In June of '03, Randy Webb installed EVOTECH ECU Reflash. In light of the ongoing MINI ECU problems He and Evotech offered free lifetime reflash. As expected, MINI reflashed my ECU several times so that I currently have stock ECU parameters. I waited a while to pursue my Evotech reflash to make sure I would not have to redo (ECU had to be removed and sent out). As I started trying to get this reflashed it has been impossible. Multiple emails back and forth with Randy Webb have gotten me nowhere(some question he later stiffed evotech and soured relationship per George at MINI Madness). He put me in contact with George who said he would see what he could do then quit answering my emails/calls without any response. I just tried to send a note via evotech's website and it will not go through(multiple pages still under construction).
Has anyone else had to deal with this or does anyone have any information on how to proceed. I hate to have paid $699 for something I am unable to enjoy.

I also forgot to mention Randy Webb says he had assurances from George at MINI Madness and Bob Brady at Renntech and Oliver at Evotech for future reflashes. He has already refused to refund purchase price so I can move on. Worried I will just have to eat the $799.
