Hey everybody. I just wanted to let everyone know about the horrible quality in parts and service Alta offers. I bought a CAI from them, and the piping doesn't fit right. I have to tug and pull for hours until I could get it somewhat right.. shows the poor quality and engineering gone into that product. But What I really wanted to share is the latest experience I had.
I had bought a Black V2 air diverter with sprayer from Alta. First they tell me it's on backorder for a month. After a month they tell me that it's been discontinued and they could either give my money back or send a Classic edition.
I asked for the Classic edition. They 2 weeks after that they tell me that they still don't know what I want....
It's been 2 months and they treated me like a piece of dirt under a shoe.
