Warranty, maintenance, and lower cost - but only IF you can find one in a color/option package that thrills you, and if the dealer lets it got for a reasonable sum. There's a great '07 Silver S at Mini of Pittsburgh that has that brick-terracotta leather interior and a chunk of options, it's sweeeet... and I think they'll deal.
