I know you heard this before, but

I just got my MINI back from a 15% Alta Pulley install with Tensioner Stop, BRISK 12S plugs and new MSD Super Conductor wires. I also had the Alta 19mm rear sway bar installed and set on the middle setting.

I took the long and twisty ride home.

It idles smoother and the accelleration is absolutely impressive. Gas mileage seems to be better also. The sway bar makes the car track tighter with no roll as you change lanes.

If you have not done this, give it serious thought.

I did not originally intend to do the wires but the mechanic discovered that a mouse or something chewed the boot of one wire and nipped a hole in the wire. I saw the edge of the chew marks when I got the car but thought it was just damage when the car was serviced. The bad part was hidden but he saw the and did new wires too.
