Oil leak 06 MCS

HELP!!! Discovered an oil leak this evening upon pulling in the driveway. It was not leaking this morning. Drips all up driveway and will make a saucer sized spot if left running. Opened bonnet and found oil all along the top of the passenger side frame rail where the motor mount is. I understand there is oil in the mount but should it look like used motor oil or should it be more clear like new oil?
Thanks for any help.

The oil from the motor mount is a very dark brown, almost black. It's also much thicker than motor oil, and really sticks to the painted surfaces under the hood.

I don't know that there's enough fluid in the mount to make a saucer-sized puddle, unless it just started leaking, so you may have a legitimate oil leak in addition to a leaking motor mount. How does the oil level on the dipstick look?

Sounds like the motor mount had mine replaced on my 06 last year. Same amount of fluid on ground.

Thanks guys. Oil level is fine. Is there any oil line or any thing close to the frame rail that could put oil in that location other than the mount? I wouldn't think the filter or cooler would put oil on the frame rail without spraying it all over the place. Any comments?
Thanks again!!

Sounds like Motor Mount. My 06 MCS had same problem. Make sure to request that the dealership clean "all" the goo off the car. I spent close to an hour remaining the goo from my car (I replaced the mount myself because the closest dealership is two hours away). It will be on the engine block, body, frame rail, suspension, and probably on the wheel.
