Hole in drivers wheel well?

i opened the bonnet today and noticed it...just a little chunk missing in the plastic, maybe the size of a quarter. dont know when or how it happened.. i guess something caught in the tire and flew into it fast enough to puncture through it?

guess im just gonna patch it with something, silicone or sometihng.

anyone else have this ever happen?

I'm guessing from rubbing? on 18's and lowered... would make total sense to me. I wouldn't bother repairing it if you are rubbing a bit, it will just wind up rubbing through again...

You could do a nice patch in fiberglass. It was likely a rock thrown by the tire.

Buy a new fender liner. They're cheap.

Just takes a minute or two to replace, too.
