Since adrianr has the Chrono pack, his turn indicators are on the speedometer, not the tachometer.
On the 2003 MINI, the turn signal was on the tachometer if you didn't have the navigation option, but it was the furthest-right indicator, not the second indicator from the right as shown in the original post.
