Hi All,

I ordered my MCS about two weeks ago and keep getting told by the dealer they don't have the prod/VIN number yet....now I can't even get a call back from them. How long did it take to get the numbers from your dealers? My MCS has an estimated early Dec pick-up date and I would really like to track the progress of my car.
