I have a used set of Aero Skirts I am installing which came with a black plastic sill plate that goes underneith. They are marked L and R, and have a cut out for the front jack point.

I cant figure out how this goes around the black square jack stand.

1) Do I have to remove the front black square jack block to put the under sill plate on for Aero Kit?

2) There seems to be a bunch of screw holes along one side of the ABS Black under sill plate. Am I supposed to have some screws for this to be mounted against metal rocker panel ? MINI didn't give me any, and they only had schematic for OEM Side skirt too....

Any help would be MOST appreciated. Finally found a warm day to do this and I am half done with one side.............

 

Figured it out - Dealer did not supply the 18 push pin connectors needed to fasten the Aero kit to the black ABS under support brace.

The support brace connects to MINI under side in same fashion ( holes and Expandable pins ) that the old side skirt used. And the Aero side skirt fastens to the support brace with push pins...

Had to get some from Aubuchon hardware $3.00 ................MINI said they were special order...and about 20 bucks.....

I took photos and will make a Do It Yourself for fellow Namr's
