Supercharger/water pump question

I'm unclear on how the water pump mounts to the supercharger. In order to remove the supercharger is it necessary to disrupt the cooling system, i.e. drain the coolant? Of does the pump separate from the supercharger, without the need to disconnect any of the coolant hoses? TIA.

To answer your last question...you can just unbolt the pump from the drive on the back of the supercharger.

Be careful with the sealing ring on the waterpump that goes into engine block, it is easily damaged and you won't notice until you have put everything together and start the engine.
