R50/53 0 to 60: what can you do?
I'm not sure why It's sooo slow. The only factors I can come up with is
1. slipping belt
2. The Touch isn't securely fastened into my cupholder like it should be. I have a ProClip mount, but I don't want to lose my cupholder. Damnit MINI, why couldn't you design the car to have useful cupholders....
Hopefully, I'll have my mounting issues resolved here shortly and we'll see if that makes an improvement on the times...
Since a lot of people are running Dynolicious What are your highest recorded lateral g-forces. i pulled .96g with an entry at ~55mph exit near 70mph on my favorite off ramp here. its actually the only off ramp ive not been able to double the speed of its marked at 35. Its my favorite part of my drive home. its an up hill decreasing radius

my fastest recorded on my completely stock,at the time, r53 is 7.73 with a zero to 50 of 6.17. but i had one run where i cut off at 56mph, due to a mailtruck, where my 0-50 was 5.64. this is all according to my dynolicious software on my iphone which according to a few reviews ive read is quite accurate.
.98 on the skid pad... speedlimit 70 coming out of mm to southbound 55 not sure how fast i come out

Someone use a Vbox as that is GPS based and not by an accelerometer... Ive done 6.4 sec 0-60mph before my jan tune and fix with the sparkplugs which netted 35whp... Im guessing 5.8, 5.6 area... 5.5 at the lowest... I have beaten s2k's(beat one on the fwy) and g35's, an e46 330ci coupe (dunno the mods it was the ZHP package with 250hp, beat him by 2 cars or so up to 120MPH then started to get my butt kicked) a Charger RT off of a stop (i think he was auto) I think i can pull on a Mustang gt... BTW the times were done on a V-box...
