Maintenance schedule...help?

I searched the forums to make sure no one has already answered this; to the best of my knowledge no one has yet. Anyways, I've got a 2004 Cooper that I bought used a few months back. It's inching towards 60K, and the service countdown display shows about 3,000 miles to go until its next scheduled maintenance.

My car didn't come with a manual so I have NO idea what kind of maintenance is required other than an oil change. Going through the forums I've heard talk here and there about changing the serpentine belt, changing the cabin filter, etc., but I can't seem to find a comprehensive list of all that's required at this service. There is a reputable independent BMW/MINI service center around here that has been recommended, but I would rather find this info independently; after all, they could tell me anything as long as it will add to their bottom line, right?

Could anyone lay out once and for all what the maintenance schedule on a first generation Mini Cooper is? It would be SO helpful!

It's amazing how difficult life is without an owner's manual!

I think Motoringfile.com has most if not all the info you are looking for here http://www.motoringfile.com/section/r50/ look about half way down the page for a list of owners manuals. The cabin filter is here, https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...d.php?t=144393
and yes the Sbelt is due soon. Brakes could have been done or will need to be done very soon with 60K. PM for details on better brakes with less dust too.

WOW! Thanks! Not only did that get me the info I needed, but now I have the entire manual in pdf form!

Thank you, that's exactly (actually, more than) what I needed.
