bluetooth

We just got a 05 mini with the full function steering wheel that has the phone controls on it. How do i sync my phone with the controls? do i have to but something else? Also have question about Ipod hookup but that could be another time for now. Any help would be great.
Thanks

You don't - all '05s and '06s that have the multi-function steering wheel come with the useless (in the US) phone buttons.

For the Ipod, MINI sells a cable that plugs into the back of the head unit that you can plug an Ipod (or any other MP3 player) into. This cable will allow you to adjust the volume from the the steering wheel but you will not be able to select songs from the steering wheel. There are other options available that I am not very familiar with but using the search function you can probably dig up some threads on the topic.

You can get a Garmin Nuvi. It has bluetooth for your phone.
