Well I hate the Caddy. That goes without saying but there are those who's natural instincts draw them to those boats (cheesy 80's vintage or not).

All I can say is my MCS hasn't attracted a single babe while I'm driving it. I wonder why.

The MCS wouldn't have a chance against a 59 Caddy convertible. Neither would an MC for that manner.

I’m guessing it’s pink – right?

Get out of town.

Depends on the "Babe". It's been documented that a HOT Babe will coorspondingly lower your IQ...if that's what you want

'87 Caddy Sedan DeVille.

My second car. my brother has it now. It is a real beast to drive. I think the design matra for the engineers of that model was "isolate the driver" or "float it!"

Not a fun machine, but a really comfortable passenger car... big back seat too.

I wouldn't exactly say the MCS is a "chick magnet" given that chicks have never seemed to give a cr*p about my car when I'm driving around, but I'd HOPE that it's considered more attractive than an '87 Deville...if it was an Escalade or a CTS, I'd have to bow to Cadillac, but an '87 Deville? nah... I guess that makes my vote "neither"

Fortunately, I don't care what other people think about my MCS...I bought it for me

...I also agree with the motorcycle theory too and they'd also qualify as chick magnets. All of my co-workers have joined the sport bike crowd, but as much as I've always wanted to, I'd never ride a motorcycle b/c I actually like living, having fully functioning limbs, and not having any body parts that set off metal detectors...

I think the username "flyboy" seems like quite a babe magnet by itself, no matter what car.

OK. Now I can weigh in. I have a 03 MCS and a 1969 Cadillac Convertible, red with red leather interior. It's not in great shape (a true 50 foot car) but I do get looks when the top is down.

No one in my neighborhood really looks at the MINI. I got a conservative PS/B to keep the police at bay, seems to work on the girls too.

But the MINI is way better to drive. That's what matters.
The Caddy is fine in straight lines with the radio on. (472 CI/375 HP/ 525 lbs torque/ 4772 lbs dry). And $80 per year full insurance!

Regards,
Red

My old '87 Caddy was pimp, but definitely no babe magnet.

Red,

Your Caddy is nice.....but, I meant to say a 59 Caddy, you know, the one with the really, really big tail fins. Those tail fins will attract a lot of............chicks.

I've got a 69 Chevelle Malibu, it's a fun car but MINI is waaaay more fun to drive. Not even in the same ballpark.

I agree, but a nice 59 is out of my price range! And it's almost the exact size as the 69.

The ladies dig the MCS - they call it cute.

They like the M3 much more though. That's a chick magnet.

Hey...it's not the size of the car it's how you use it!...No but really...if you know how to drive the mini...it's hot...if you bought the thing as some sort of cute fasion statement...then you have bad fashion sense cuz the car looks gay as hell...but....it handles like a dream!

What I hear from girls is this:

Guys with really fancy cars, all the latest stuff, and who are always trying to impress them with wealth are usually making up for some "inadequacy." Women can smell this a mile away.

If fact, there is a great Family Guy episode where Peter (the dad) is jealous of his son's big ****. So... he goes out to buy a car to make up for it. Aside from that obvious, funny inadequacy, the guy usually is actually trying to make up for another emotionial one.

This is according to SEVERAL women that I've dated in NYC, and my wife.

My 2 cents.

So don't sweat it. If you can show that girl a better time than CaddyDude, she'll stick with you.

Let me put it this way, if I meet a girl and she is into my Cooper more than me ... she has to go.

I actually use the MC to gauge how much of a dunce a girl is. If she is googoo gaga over the MC ... byebye. I know it sounds stupid ... but I hate women into material things.

when i finish school here in about a year and ahalf

will get myself a yellow ducati in los angeles
A friend of mine has 2 Ducatis. A 748 and a 999. Let me tell you something, bikes are great to pick up GUYS nor girls. I never seen him get a girl becuase he rides a Ducati. On the other hand guys seem to flock to it like flies on s**t.

I always tell my friend ... "Only if you were gay"
