Passenger door won't unlock w/remote or toggle

Has anyone found a DIY for removal/installation of a new actuator? My passenger side lock locks with the remote, but does not unlock with the remote or toggle witch, only by pulling the handle from inside? Any help??

Go off to the stock problems sub-forum. Several posts (with pictures) of how to change out door actuators. Seems to be a fairly common problem. Will take you about 1 hour and uses common tools (a couple of torx bits aside).
