It's in the passenger foot well

depending on lots of things, including the sobriety of the assemblers that day (), the cover may be held on with screws or just plastic clips. I've got an O2 S, and it was clips only. There are four. If you're flexible, you can get your head in the footwell, if you're not, you can use a small mirror. Anyway, get the screws out (if they are there) and the clips can be done by hand (they're stiff, but you can do it.)

The filter itself kind of curves into place. It will make sense when you pull yours out. While this seems like a mystery, it's really easy. 10 minute job the second time you do it.

RealOEM is a good resource to see how things work out and where parts go.
