If you have the MINI speedometer screensaver, you know the great news that scrolled across already. On this day back in 1959, the first classic Mini rolled off the line, and greatness was born! That is about the extent of my classic Mini knowledge, but I am surprised someone hasn't posted yet on this (if it has been, I am sorry for the duplicate--don't want this to become a MINIcleavage subject) Anyhoo, all together now, "Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you...."
