R50/53 How can I get status on my Mini?

Okay,
Website says "Distribution Center" but dealer says its still at port. I tried the 866-ask-mini but they said to try the dealer. I dont want to bug my M.A. since he said he is working on getting it here but when I called him on the 7th he said it was at the distribution center then. Was there a glitch somewhere? Just seeing if anyone knew an alternate to my M.A. so I can get a realistic figure.
