Everyone loves pictures. It makes for good comparisions.

Out of both of these, I'd choose the R90s.

go ASA i personally like the "aftermarket" look way more. shows that you aren't keeping the stock look.

Do the research and find out which weighs less. Remember rermoving 1 ounce of rotating weight is like removing 4 ounces of non rotating weight.

Tough to beat the ASA1 for what they cost. But, they are a PITA to clean. I can wash the car faster than I can clean the wheels.

More pictures in my gallery.

the ASA probably looks a little better but the R90 is probably a better wheel

I like the look of the R90s, but at 24.1lbs (for the 17") I'm guessing the ASAs weigh much less (and are much cheaper).
I can't imagine that the ASAs are harder to clean than the R90s (both a PITA).

The R90s are better looking. But the ASAs are much less expensive.

I'm ordering ASA AR2s in three weeks. Can't wait.

R90's.

The ASA's look like what they are: a cheaper ripped-off BBS wheel. (Yes, I know BBS has "something" to do with that wheel, but to me, it's a poser wheel. It says, "I want to be a BBS wheel, but I'm not quite.

The R90 is OEM, but so rare, that it is still cool. The anthracite finish is also cooler than the ASA's plain vanilla silver finish...

I had one bad experience with ASA Rims

I had a set of rims new from Tire Rack which were made by ASA. None of the shops could balance them properly even after a Hunter 9000 unit Road Forced them. My one and only experience with them.

You could always get the R90's and do some sort of paint mod/accent to them

ASA's -Lighter weight/Cost less, but remember you get what you pay for.
If you want quality you have no choice between the two. (R90)

You should have returned them, then. Tire Rack has always given me terrific customer service.

We had the ASA's on our 03 Indi Blue shown above. We loved them and never had any problems with them. We would buy ASA's again!

Maybe I'm just too plain, but I'm not a big fan of machined lips or the 2 piece bolted look. Out of the two, however, I'd have to go with the R90s!
