It's pretty silly to not have a jack. You never know when it will come in handy even if it's by helping someone else with a flat.

 

I've got a MCS with no spare. Why do I need a jack anyway? Still under warranty so all I really need is a cell phone!

 

That's a pretty good strategy... as long as you never drive in any of the light colored areas...



That's AT&T's coverage map, but other carriers are similar. The light areas = no service. LOTS of places still where cell phones are worthless... including the Dragon.

 

I never tried cramming the jack into the cubbyhole.

I have the S, so when I go out of town, I put one of my race wheels in the boot for a spare.
