Actually, I ordered that from MiniMania.com. A bit expensive, but oh well. One question on the front tow attachement plate holder, on a front-end minor collision, would the fact that it's screw into front tow hook receiver do additional damage?

I got that no-drill type plate holder because I didn't want to drill into the bumper but now I'm having 2nd thought if it will cause more damage during a minor front bumper "incidents"? Possibly?

I live in PA and I think I still have my front plate holder from my '04. Your welcome to it if I can find it. Maybe you will want to join us on the Jim Thorpe Run in June. One of the best organized runs around. You can find details on nemini.org.
I'll check out that nemini.org... Thanks!

Congrats on the new (to you) MINI! I think having the extended warranty is a great idea with any automatic and most especially the CVT. It's a fine looking car. Trading a BMW 330 for an 05 or 06 Cooper S is a fine idea. Do NOT test drive a Cooper S unless you want to do some paperwork when you get back to the dealership....they're addictive!

Congratulations! I'm sure your girlfriend will love it. And I predict that eventually you'll ditch the Beamer, and get another MINI for yourself.
