Have a 2003 Mini (non-s). When push down on side lever (door side) to access the back seat the back folds forward but the entire seat does not go forward as suppose to do. Must pull the center lever to slide the seat up. Had the same problem before but was under warranty and the dealership repaired. Any experience on how to repair. Thanks.

 

Check under the seat to see if the latches are releasing when you push the lever.
