Firstly THANKS to everyone who let me know their views regarding the color choice and whether you'd still get the same color again if the car origionally purchased was black !!! Looks like the ones who own black obviously love it and find it also hard to keep it clean so I think it's a White/Black Top 04 MCS OR white/White.............Anymore comments not made as to what you think is better ie Blact Top OR all white is greatly appreciated...

Lastly do you know on the 04 models if you can get all that extra chrome that the regular MC has.....The white looks awesome with all that chrome around.....Didn't know if you can get it as an alternative..?

Heat and other issues aside, I really like pepper white with black roof, although I'm not sure how that would look with the chrome stuff. Black wheels would make it look even better - MINI should offer them as an option!

I've heard at least one person here say that they wre going to get the chrome grille on their 04 MCS, but they might have been ordering it separate from the factory to install themselves.

 

Thanks Chris...Yes the PW/Black Top looks really classy and reflects a more conservative persona, but at the same time elegant and sophisticated.....
The all white will probably look like a normal car and will not have a contrast which makes the Mini so unique....Regards.....
The chrome bumpers etc comes with the regular MC and do you know if you can get the MCS also with that option.......Do you really think black wheels will look sweet ? !!

What the wife said, "The black roof makes it look too masculine and I already gave in about the CVT." So, this is what I hope to get soon...



I liked the black roof and would have to agree with the wife that it is more aggressive / masculine (hence my desire for it). But I also like it in pw/pw, perhaps a more elegant (IMO a la Bentley or R. Royce) look.
