the 226 has all the great mini stuff you have, but also the performance package featuring carbon fibre hood, 6 spd sequential shift, lower stance, performance tires with OZ Racing rims., and a few trick factory mods under the bonnett...I'm not certain but have been told mine is 1 of 10!

it also features the tri fold sunroof...and with the good weather finally here will surely help to enhance my tan.

i had the same done also (tint removal), but with the massive tri fold sunroof, i can tan better than ever while making my way to the gym, or nutritionist, or what have you...redline...you may also want to do what i had done and have your front seat frames customized so you are tilted back almost on a 45 degree while you drive, if you fail to do this, you will only tan the top of your head (which when i was an amateur tanner I did, only to suffer embarrasement later)..this way a trip to the tooth whitnener will result in a very even upper body bronzing...good luck, let me know how it works.

mine is a 226JC...what the hell is a 229??...apparently you dont know minis!...however, I seem to think you may know something about tanning....any pointers??.i'm sure many in this room would be eager to hear about new and unthought of bronzing methods...the 45 degree seat is a good start, but it goes so much further....what brand baby oil do you use to attract the rays between 12 and 1pm??...i shower, then reapply at 1pm, then switch brands to aid my PM bronzing session...i have an elaborate set-up in my yard that you may want to copy...my lounge/sunning chair is on a belt driven rotisserie that turns my entire deck in the yard so i get the sun from every angle...try it...for a mere $22000 investment, you will look darker and healthy..that, coupled with a good tooth whitener will give you the appearance of an even deeper tone.....also....do you suffer from racoon eye syndrome?

the spinning deck should likely have a copyright...certainly almost every reader in this forum is out to build one tomorrow...tinted contacts huh??...hmmm, i'm guessing you have tanned at the professional level before like myself. as you know all the insider secrets, perhaps you could advise me on my upcoming pageant...i'm just about at my summer competition level of radiant bronze, just need to bleach my hair 1 more time, and continue to blast my abs till the wannabees beg for mercy. I'm wondering what your opinion on fake tattoos may be?..i considered a real one but think that might hurt?

A skid plate definitely sounds like a good idea, and $150 isn't a bad price. Sounds like something to look into...thanks!

I e-mailed MINI Beotch about their ABS Skid Plate to see if it would fit a 2008.
Waiting on a reply.
Cold weather is not a issue in South Florida!

Is Zonker Harris an idol of yours? He did well in the George Hamilton series. Spent four years on the professional tanning circuit, winning the National Grand Championship two times.

The real question is do you put toothpicks between your toes to get a good even tan all over?

amigo it is clear to me you are a rookie when it comesw to bronzing.
anyone worth their salt dosent call it tanning but refers to it as bronzing.
2ndly your other give away is the fact you dont know about the non UVa,UVb and UVc filtering clear toe rods one uses to rid oneself of unsightly
white skin between the toes.

Max I got some ink done awsome tribal butterfly done on my Glute and it killed.Temp tats are the way to go.That was the mosr painful 15 minutes of my life.It killed more than the burn one gets after doing 600 or so reps of squats.
BTW; I just got back from sunny Spain where I was surfing(and bronzing)
and saw a Europe only Mini 226 modlel.THEY ARE COOL.The UVs where at an all
time high.I am bronzed to perfection. Now if I can bulk up a bit more my Latt Spread will be perfect

Why not try some spray on: "TAN IN A CAN"

Received BeoTech feedback:
"Our skid plate will not fit 08' coopers, that I know of. I have not tried it on 07' 08'.
There are no plans as of yet to produce them.
Thanks,
David @ MINIBeotch.com"

Too bad, their plate looked good and light.

Not the best pictures, but you can get an idea of how big this thing is. Its very thick and goes from the front all the way to the rear. Great investment.

What's it made of?

And how do you keep the lensing effect of cylindrical rod from burning small areas, and not tanning the rest?

Matt

Oh, and the skid plate? What's it weigh? It's nice that it's low, but not so nice that it's mostly in front of the front axles....
