I once had a dog named "Copper" but everyone who read his licence tag thought it was Cooper.

Satchmo, that's one cute little dog! You will love a chihuahua. My Mom has one and she really guards the home and family. She is great with kids and loves sitting with adults while we watch TV.

and yes, I think cooper is a grand name for a dog!

and yes, I think it's wierd to name your baby Mini if you last name is Cooper. I once knew a girl in college who's last name was Coats, her first name was Petty! Her brother was Harold Coats, so why did they stick her with Petty Coats???

I think it's the drugs they give women when they are in labor

For the last year or so when my wife and I go to a restaurant in which we have to give our name for reservations or a wait list we have been using the name "Cooper"...

So if your are in a situation like this and you hear the name "Cooper" being called...it might be us....or it could be the Coopers...

>>Now all they need to do it take her to babyink.com and get the MINI logo tattooed on her forehead and she'll be all set.

You've got to be kidding....

I would hate to front-load my kid with funny moniker. It's tough in school - even so innocuous a name as Robin was not too common as a boy's name in AZ in the bad old days, so I became Rob real fast. In my entire time in school, I met only one other boy with that name. It's much more common now, so I don't mind, but If I was named after a car, like the kid I ran across named Austin Cooper back in the 70's, I don't think it bodes well when they're young. My uncle's best friend was named Bunker Hill, and it wasn't easy until he was way older. I guess Mini is better than Velveeta, or Oreo, or Astroglide. Say, Mercedes was a girl's name, after all.

BCNU,
Rob in Dago
