R50/53 Has anyone used a "top side oil changer"?

Just drain your oil by the plug. While it is draining it will wash out loose particals in your pan. Why would you ever want to pull those up through the engine? I think that is why the plug was designed to be on the bottom and use gravity to keep dirt away from the vitial parts of your motor.

Think about it and get some cardboard and get on the floor and look under your car.
