But NOT driving a car often enough is a death sentence in its own right. I don't think a car can be considered a "beater" just because it's driven--I don't even have 6months on my MCS and I was just in for my 10K service, but I take dern fine care of that car.
I fall back onto the old standby: Form Follows Function. Sure, it's a hottie of a car (and precious and special and magnificent, etc...) but it's a CAR. And cars should be driven.
