Anyone Use Valvoline Synpower?

Howdy,
I'm kinda new to the MINI thing but have been working on cars for umm... well some time now... and have never had a car that requires full synthetic oil and was wondering if anyone out there has used Valvoline Synpower engine oil. I'm a big fan of Valvoline regular oil, used it in my old car and my girlfriends car. I will be switching the MINI over to Royal Purple sooner than later. Just wondering if anyone has used it in their own MINI's and have had good/bad/indifferet opinions on the Synpower. Thanks again and happy motoing to all. By the way I absolutly LOVE the MINI!!!

I see nothing wrong with Synpower full synthetic, just as good as Royal Purple, imho. I was afraid you were talking about the additive, not good with catalytic converters.

Nope, wouldn't use the additive in my MINI. Just talking about the Valvoline Synpower.
