How To Drain Engine Cooler?

Hey guys, anybody knows how to drain the radiator cooler? My old car used to has a hose that if you unscrew some metal it would drain. How do I do the same on a MCS 06?

Why is the refill a pain? I think I just have to wait for the car to cool down before refilling. TO reach the lower hose, do I have to remove the front bumper lower black lip? Or I can just reach it by standing underneath the car?

The refill was difficult because the refill neck is on the driver's side of the engine, near the throttle body, and then it snakes under the intake manifold, then back up near the alt. There is a flow/air release screw on the plastic neck where it joins to the short hose to the radiator, but basically, it is like getting the fluid to flow uphill then down into the radiator. It just took a long time to make sure i was at level. Made sure I carried extra 50/50 BMW mix with me for about a month, checked the res tank frequently until things were normal. Getting the air out took a while.
Can I ask a favor that you post a picture of the refill neck location? You got me confused but I want to do a complete study and have full understanding before I undergo the process. I really need to change the cooling fluid.

He was talking about the expansion tank. You fill that up after the drain, then run the car a bit and add more coolant as the stuff in the tank gets sucked down...theoretically that is. As stated earlier, it's a pain.

Thank you all. I got it all cleared after nabeshin's post, I just got confused when mentioned the pain thing because I did flush my old car and everything was fine. I'll do it and let you know of the results.

I found the whole thing such a pain that next time I'm taking it somewhere for a flush and fill. It's better that way, no antifreeze spilled all over or in your eye...which sucks btw - it found its way around my face sheild...longest 15 minutes of my life.
