Ok, so I feel kind of silly, but after a lot of grunting, and swearing, I have been able to remove the cowl of my car from the car, but i cannot remove it from the general area. The hood is in the way to go too far up, adn the windshield is not being especially helpful either.

What is the trick to get the cowl off?

 

Please, can anyone help MARKERTOO. It is actually my car that requires a new wiper motor and because of the severe weather we are having I have been unable to drive her this week. I miss my car and I want her back. If you can help it would be greatly appreciated.
