and put in your VIN. This will tell you if you have been loaded on the vessel. Under my booking number there are 10 other MINIs listed, I suspect you and rivituso are also listed there.

BTW at ASK-MINI and the OL on MINIUSA my car is still listed as awaiting transport. I suspect this is just a time delay and the WW site has the correct info. I hear that there's a small chance that your car can get loaded and then unloaded before the ship sails but its a small chance. Since the TAKASAGO sailed yesterday, I suspect we are on it.

 

Does it say you where loaded on the Takasago? On WW it told me I was actually loaded.

I'm right above you. From the VIN sequence and the loading time it looks like my MCS was the last one on board. Hopefully that means it'll be the first one off!

Is that the only 10 on the boat, I can't imagine thats it. They may only list 10 per booking number.

Any one else on the Takasago?

 

I'm WMWRE33444TD83065, now listed as loaded on the Takasago. The WW site indicated that the ship had sailed sometime yesterday, but at that time the vehicle was not indicated as loaded. Now it does, so it appears that it takes some time for that listing to catch up.

If you search by the booking number, you can see there are 197 happy Minis on the ship.

BTW TAKASAGO has been sighted. The latest marine observations tables lists:

Its not very far off the coast of england but its on its way.

Booking number is GBSOU203664. It only lists 10 at a time, but you can scroll through the listings and there's a total at the bottom.

 

The booking number shows 197 MINIs IIRC. But that may be just the ones bound for NY. I think the TAKASAGO also makes a stop in Charleston and may have a bunch to be offloaded there that's under another booking number. Anyway our MINIs have lots of friends aboard. We're making a little progress, the latest observation is:

The bad news is they're getting a bit of a rough ride. The winds are reported at 25 mph and waves of 8 ft. Hang on baby!

FutalFuFu, How long did it take to get from the VDC to your Dealer?

 

My ship hit NY on January 30 and I got the call that it was in on feb the 4th. So the total was about 5 days.

They are sending the paper work out to me now. But my insurance was under my mother (cheaper) whom I don't live with, so because the address was different for insurance and where I live there was some confusion, but the paperwork did finally get sent off.

I pasted them in excel then ordered them by stamping order. IF you send over your Vin number or email address I can tell your or send over the file. Busy day at work if you know what I mean.

rivituso - I'm 83085, I think mine had the same time stamp for loading that yours did.
