Noise coming from AC
So my air conditioner is making this whining noise that sounds like brake rubbing, but... like... not a metal sound. Like a whistling. Haha.

Your serpentine belt is slipping. Could be a bad idler pulley, but now your belt needs to be replaced as well.

Gah! So I need a serp belt? EFF! Aren't those expensive? And how easy is the install?
