Realistic HP/TQ gains with Headers

What kind of HP & TQ gains (realistic) can you get from a header with stock cat converter? Mods are 15% pulley,CAI, One-ball, Shark 93 ECU. Thanks.

Most of the gains are midrange, which is right where you want it in my opinion.

Here is my dyno graph before/after my OBX header install:

As you can see, there is quite a significant gain in torque. Almost 10 ft-lbs to the wheels in some parts.

Thanks..how much is your OBX + Random Tech Cat. Looks like that this is better than a complete cat-back, $ to HP/TQ gain. My plan is go this route and end up with a cutom ECU tune plus maybe lighter alloy wheels. That will be it for my project MCS.

OBX Header was $200...Cat was like $150 I think. I originally ran it without a cat, but added the cat a month later cuz it was too obnoxious.

what size cat did you get? I have the same config as you do (obx and one-ball) and atm i hate the stock cat wlded to the OBX adapter piece. but I think I cracked the weld. I want to know the size/dimensions of the cat so I can get a high flow cat.

Thanks
