I have auto a/c, and it works beautifully. However, when I put the defogger on, I can't adjust the fan. I get full fan witth all the squiggly lines across the indicator, and if I hit the minus button it automatically switches to auto a/c. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

 

Hold the defrost button down for a few seconds, and the fan will step down from full tilt boogie. Then you can adjust the as needed (with the fan speed button). I find that after the first minute, "one squiggly" is sufficient.

Hi Mark? Is it?? What you need to do is to when the air comes on, Press that air button and should stay off. I know when my defoger comes on, it goes to full blast!! and the rear defroger comes on witch cuts my radio reception to crap for a long distance station. What you'll need to do is turn on the defoger, then press it again. Mine will THEN go to vents on the dash.. Must be the way it is...
