Rally light wiring

I am interested in removing the restriction where the rally lights are tied into the hight beams. i would like to be able to use them anytime... Can anyone tell me where the factory realy is located???

Don't know why you would need to access the relay as the aftermarket lights come with their own relay. All you need to do is remove the lead you connected to the high beam wire and reconnect it to a constant + 12v no?

Be sure and put a fuse in any wiring you hook-up. I hooked up some lights on a GTI that I once owned and was in a hurry and didn't fuse it, a couple of days later the whole wiring harness for the new lights went up in smoke.
