Well me and my brother got HIS car out of the shop and the paint work they did is absolutely horrible. It had orange peel and runs like crazy and the fender pieces that they put back on looked like a 3rd grader did it. They over sprayed all over my ****ing window too! We are both very dissapointed and told them to fix it correctly or here from an attorney. (We arent paying them, insurance company is....)

 

that sucks, Im sorry to hear about the poor work

 

Be sure to get the insurance company in of this too- they don't want to pay for bad work either and the threat of insurance work being pulled from a shop is bigger than any threat you can offer.

 

like MDK said, if this was a body shop that was recommended by your agency, then the insurance company is in the driver's seat. they can make the body shop pretty much do whatever they want, or lose all of the business that their claims bring in.

 

I wish I could just be like, "PUT ON A FULL AERO KIT FOR MY TROUBLES!"

 

From what you already said they probably bungle that as well.
