Design concepts

I was just messing around in my notebook. Thinking about how the R53 was going to be the last great mini

He're what I came up with:

Based on UKDragon's car:

A much cooler alternative to the Moke

I'm not saying it's a "Good idea" like would be a good move for BMW to make it, but in
the monster truck category where the trucks keep getting bigger and badder, MINI
would again fly in the face of the current trend with the most awesome, stylish truck
ever.

Could you really call a MINI monster truck a Monster truck?

Start with the Red Bull MINI and delete the dumb can:

And don't let people tell you what to do and what not to do. If some people on these and other forums had their way, the only "acceptable" mods would be the areo kit, some black rims and lower springs (yaaaaawn).

It is fun to play and your drawing is great...I think something could be done even if a truck bed was not included. If we ever get AWD, I have no doubt someone will try it.

IMHO:
MINI truck = they should have been made that instead of the '07
Monster MINI = silliness

Up next, Monster MINI battles Giant Banana-eating Iguana!!!

Yes. very nice. Maybe it should be an offical MINI produced car. Exttend
the back another 10" and you got yourself a truck! Then have an offical MINI
lift kit to make it that much more awesome. It's larger than a quad, but
smaller than a compact truck. It's a MINI Monster.

I don't think your future bride/groom would appreciate that your wedding checklist had doodles on it....

I think when the clubman comes out, we'll definitely see some pick up conversions. The history is there, so why not?!?
